I adored the warm and cozy ambiance of the hotel. The decor was tastefully done, with elegant furnishings that exuded a sense of comfort and relaxation. The hotel's general areas, such as the lounge and poolside, were designed with senior people in mind. They were easily accessible, well-lit, and provided comfortable seating areas for rest and socializing.

I wish there were more senior-friendly activities available. While the hotel provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, I would have loved to see organized activities tailored specifically for older guests.

Enjoyed the lovely outdoor pool, convenient 24-hour reception, and had a laugh at the "simple" wooden furniture. Not to mention the "exciting" experience of hearing "more noise than usual" from fellow guests.

Oh well, who needs a peaceful night's sleep when you can listen to your neighbors all night long?

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Playa del Ingles and had a fantastic experience. My daughter loved the shaded pool, which was perfect for her sensitive skin. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds made, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the main attractions and within walking distance to the beach. The staff, especially the cleaner, were super kind and friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the pool area/garden was always well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds. Additionally, it was very quiet, and the cleaning was done in the morning so we didn't have to wait all day.

I can just recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at these apartments. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful Maspalomas beach. The pool area was lovely with plenty of comfortable sun beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The high standard of cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. we highly recommend staying at Las Camelias apartments.

Nice and clean hotel. Good location, close to everything I needed. Friendly and nice staff. The garden and pool were well-maintained. Enjoyed my 6-week stay.

Needed a toaster and a microwave for the kitchen. Couldn't lock the room from the inside and the maid left the kitchen and bathroom windows open, making it easy for someone to break in.

The pool area provides sufficient shade, ideal for sunburn-prone guests. Rooms are cleaned daily and beds are made. The hotel is conveniently located near main attractions and within walking distance to the beach. The parking is secure and the rooms are a decent size. The staff is helpful and the maids do an excellent job cleaning.

Beds where great, and the bathroom was very large. There was walk in shower. A few seconds walk from yumbo centrum nearby. 5 mins walk from copenhagen by hannibal where you can enjoy your dinner.

There was no a microwave.

The satelite TV could be programmed for English audio

I keep coming back because it has everything I need: kitchenware, TV, lift, bar, restaurant. The staff even gave me a local taxi number on my first visit. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment called Las Camelias in a great location. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the pool area and gardens, which were always well-maintained and had plenty of comfortable sunbeds. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, and the maid followed my special directions perfectly. The apartment also had a TV with various language options, including English, Spanish, and German. it was a fantastic experience and excellent value for money.

The apartment had a cozy balcony with a lovely view of the resort, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset drink. The kitchen corner was equipped with a fridge and a coffee maker, making it easy to prepare quick meals and enjoy a cup of coffee whenever I wanted. The flat-screen TV in the apartment was a nice addition, providing entertainment on lazy evenings.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the safety deposit box in the apartment, as I found it a bit cumbersome to use. However, I understand that others may find it useful and secure.
